Junior Legacy
50% of current initiation fee for child, grandchild, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law of a current certificate holding member in good standing. 21-32 years of age. Includes $1,000.00 membership certificate. Total of $2,250.00 to be paid up front.
Individual Family Payment Plans:
- Pay $1,500.00 down and $85.00 per month for 48 months.
Total: $5,580.00 Last $1,000.00 paid goes towards membership certificate.
- Pay $1,500 down and $875.00 on anniversary date for 5 years.
Total: $5,875.00 Last $1,000.00 paid goes towards membership certificate.
Corporate Sponsored Membership
2 memberships $ 8,000.00 (2 certificates)
3 memberships $10,500.00 (3 certificates)
4 memberships $13,000.00 (4 certificates)
5 memberships $15,000.00 (5 certificates)
6 memberships $16,500.00 (6 certificates)
7 memberships $17,500.00 (7 certificates)
All corporate sponsored prospective members must go through the standard application process and purchase their own stock certificate. Upon leaving the Company, the individual would maintain a membership and certificate. However, the corporation maintains a membership slot available to the next executive of their corporation who applies for membership, is accepted into Colonial, and purchases a $1,000.00 membership certificate. No additional initiation fee is required other than the individual stock purchase once the corporation has paid for their initial memberships. ** Total number of Corporate Sponsored Memberships will not exceed 50.
Social Member status change to Regular Full Member
Any social member may take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade to a full membership by applying whatever they paid in initiation fees to any of the plans offered.
Social Members
$500.00 initiation fee, $132.00 dues, $40.00 monthly food minimum, which is billed quarterly. Limited to play golf twice per month (once on a weekend, and once on a weekday) from April thru November and six times per month from December thru March. There is also a reduced green fee of $15.00 on a weekday for 18 holes and $25.00 on a weekend for 18 holes.
